My Art League Journey
Speaking of being at the right place and the right time, the local Art League was open for application to join their Board of Directors when I decided it was time to focus on making arts and start giving back to the artists community. I got into the Board, and I learned a lot about what's happening in this non-profit Art League since then. With this transition, I have so much I can blog about here that it will keep me busy for a while.

My Art League Journey
It was late 2024, when I learned that I would be joining the Board of Directors at the local Art League. I was happy that I find this new identity and an organization that align with my passion and calling in life. More, I would get to know the best local artists, and learn from their artistic journey. Even more exciting is that I will learn how they operate a gallery and an art school all at once. My corporate background in Product Management, Service Development, and Business Strategy prepared me to take on any challenge the Art League may have. My decades of practicing painting and drawing finally can be combined with the business profession that I was in. I am so in the right place at the right time.
The Art League Mission
The mission of the Art League is to inspire and educate artists of all ages and abilities while promoting awareness of fine art. This manifested into learning services such as classes, workshops on a regular schedule, occasional lectures, and rotating exhibition of local artist every few months.
My learning
Just like any career, this role gives me a new identity and new network of people to work with. My motto is that my purpose is for giving back to benefit the organization which in turn benefit the artists community. It gives me inspiration for future blog topics.
